From a blank sheet of paper to a digital flow diagram in just a few steps - target/actual comparison and creation of new flow diagrams at an oil refinery

Our colleagues from the process engineering drawing office are currently working flat out to revise the existing P&IDs and create completely new flow diagrams for all plant components.

Even the smallest discrepancies are being noticed by our experienced colleagues and have been discussed with the customer and incorporated into the drawings. Subsequently installed fittings and newly laid pipework can thus be precisely defined and labelled.

Once the on-site recording has been completed and the manual drawing has been created at the customer's premises, the recorded information and drawings are transferred to the required formats. Working in the plant is not only easier with up-to-date flow diagrams, but also safer in the first place!
